If I would have,bought one of unsaid comic companies products, recasted it, then I would be very wrong. I have created everything I do from scratch without actually having in my possession any of the products that I am supposed to be in copyright violation of. Its kind of like the unsaid company looking at one of my original sculpture and creating one similar to it. Can I say that they dint have a right to do that? Dunno. Similar, yes-- exact copy--no
