So I watched the Village last night and I was wondering. If anyone here has attempted making "those we don't speak of" creatures from the woods.

It's nice to see a little appreciation for this movie. It's become very fashionable to bash Shymalon, but I really enjoy this and all of his movies.

It's nice to see a little appreciation for this movie. It's become very fashionable to bash Shymalon, but I really enjoy this and all of his movies.

Oh, by no means do I hate Shymalon... (I loved "Unbreakable" for instance) but I took my youngest daughter to see "The Village", and within ten minutes, we'd figured out the 'twist' coming. I mean, did ANYONE else see the yellow, plastic rope on the coffin at the beginning?

Still, the creature was really cool!

I would have to say Signs is my favorite then The Village...so we have only one prop from this film then?..Oh more pictures of the creature then would be great!

Great score there Propazoid!!! I've been searching the net for several years looking for a "Those We Don't Speak Of" prop. I found where the one worn by Adrian Bordy sold on eBay back in 2006 but I'd not seen any other reference to a privately owned prop. I'm glad you posted this.

I have the auction number from eBay for Brody's costume but wasn't able to pull up the actual auction since it's over 90 days old. I checked with eBay and they claim to have no access to information that far back. Anyway, I've been trying to track it down but had no luck.

Is yours an actual wearable costume? I'd love to hear more about yours and how you acquired it.
