Hey guys my names Tor, long time lurker, first time poster. I wanted to share with you my progress on making a Thor suit from foam

longs ways to go yet but i'll keep you guys updated

looking good so far. what foam are you using? what's your plan for sealing it.
i'm working on this too, if you get a chance check mine out for some tips and tricks on stuff too. i have a sample of the arms and hammer so far.
