The Walking Dead finally ends with Season 11

I thought it was over... lol

I thought it just ended a season or so after Rick left, then the other spin offs finished their run the next season or so.

Thank god. It’s lost steam in season three. And it’s been crap ever since. I mean come on; you can smell a zombie from a block away, how could you ever be jump-scared by one in a hallway?! Ugh.

I really liked it when it started. I stopped watching after the third season when I realized it wasn't going to end. Same thing over and over and over.

I still watch it. Certainly the 2 seasons with Negan were horrible, didn't matter if Rick was in it or not. This last stuff with Alpha I have rather enjoyed, though. No Rick, but still better than all that Savior crap.

I gave up on the show once Negan was introduced. I was fed up with all the repetition and character drama since it was more about that than the actual zombies. I was hoping it would get better, but I simply lost interest and moved on to other shows.

Most don’t get that and that is the FIRST thing I bring up, that and by now there would be little left of them!

I gave up somewhere in the Neegan story.

When I think back, the only time I actually liked this show was after the prison, on the road to terminus. There were some stellar episodes there that weren't simply stale versions of the comic

The last season I watched involved the junkyard kids and their incredibly irritating way of speaking. I struggled through it and never watched an episode since.

I did read about each season after that to see if it was worth getting back into.

And I still haven't watched an episode since.

Though I just read the s10 synopsis, and it's got pretty good reviews. Maybe I'll jump in and see if anything nibbles.

I’ve been a die hard fan since the first episode, I still remember seeing the commercials for the first episode during the summer of 2010. However, the show has really lost that nostalgic feeling it used to give me. Once rick left, the show really went down hill with a few instances of what made the show great. I will still never miss an episode, but just don’t care like I used to. Now they are coming out with a show based on kids growing up in the apocalypse, no thanks. The carol and Daryl show, maybe. I have a prayer that will certainly go unanswered that they scrap the rick grimes movies and find a way to make him a big part of the last season. I know it will never happen, but it would make me forgive them for the downturn of the series, leave the show with some closure and win back a lot of fans who left.

They still haven't aired the finale of season 10. Post production was closed due to the bug thats been going round.
I've been keeping up with it, more for completeness than anything else, I'm so far in I have to see it through.
I saved up eposodes and binge watched through the last 2 seasons. I find it plays better that way. The resolves for the big cliffhangers arent as dissapointing when you go straight to them rather than wait a week or over xmas break.
I'm still not a fan of the whisperers, I just don't get them at all.
The constant bad planning and decision making by characters has become a comical element to me now though, Ive gone past the frustration.

Exactly, it turned from a survival show in the first couple of seasons, to a non stop introduction of other groups who all have a stupid niche of how they survive and have a stupid name they call themselves and inevitably having an altercation with them.

I think your prayer has a chance.
With the dwindling popularity of the show I doubt they'll invest in Grimes movies. I havent heard anything of them going into production. I could see them bringing him back for a couple of cameos as they know its the final season.
