I think it is kind of cool that Sandra Bullock actually showed up and accepted her Razzie in person.

Bullock's speech was good and funny.
Hallie Berry also accepted hers for Catwoman and was quite amusing as well.
Bill Cosby is the first person I heard of accepting his Razzie for Leonard Part 6.
