The Last of Us online multiplayer has to be..

So I'm not the only one ! Plus it's a really camp fest, I know it's not the game to rush, but still, some movement would be nice...Gonna give another try tomorrow, but not liking it very much so far. A shame given how fabulous the solo is !

I think they did good on the multiplayer overall, but some things they just bombed on. The campaign was amazing, too bad the multiplayer was a let down.

Supposedly there are two new MP dlc on the way and one campaign. They refer to the campaign as a side story so i'm not sure what they're talking about.

I'm sure the multiplayer dlc will either be new weapons or new missions to complete. I don't see them changing the main problems of the multiplayer. New campaign stuff would be great. I'd love to play more Elle missions.

From the sounds of it they've decided to rework some cut out content. Hopefully it's a more impressive campaign dlc than half these companies put out. i'm hoping they get working on the next game and just keep going as much as they can. i can see it being a pretty big franchise as they could do a game even set during the outbreak spread out over the 20 years before the first game starts.

Tried the multiplayer again today, still not liking it. I find it incredibly unbalanced, takes two or three shots to kill you but can't kill anybody in less than 6 or more shots, even headshots seem to have no effects whatsoever. I find it frustrating and boring... Guess it's not for me. I liked Uncharted's multiplayer, why didn't do the same thing here ?
Call of Duty may have a lot of flaws including its players, but at least it's fast, nervous, needs reflexes and quick thinking when you play TDM in hardcore, which is the only mode I play anyway.
Back to solo mode in game + then !

I'm getting tired of having to craft items to get points. I mean I love crafting the bombs and stuff, but I feel like I'm FORCED to do it. Like if I don't then I will be last every round. I've gotten first place from ONLY crafting the entire round and getting zero kills.

Crafting is kinda pushed in the campaign too as unless you craft you don't stand a chance against the Bloaters you run into. I would have liked to have seen reloading ammo as a crafting option, it would even be handy in MP games. Have you guys played Uncharted MP and is it pretty similar? I figured since the games use the same engine the MP would too.

I get the in-game crafting completely. I had to kill a Bloater playing as Elle and all I had left was crafted bombs. In-game it works.

On MP I'm trying not to get shot while I'm forced to craft and bleed out because my team mates are too busy cowering behind a truck to press the revive button.

I just tried the multiplayer today and I'm quite liking it really, I like the whole clan aspect where each match is one 'day' and you have to get supplies for your clan to survive. (side note I love the option to populate your clan with your Facebook friends list, it suddenly made me care about not letting any of them get sick or die.)
I think the multiplayer is a really hard learning curve but once you find an approach that works for you its easy to have fun. I'm currently playing with the hunting rifle and revolver and I tend to make a lot of bombs and molotovs to set traps and it's working quite well.
