I've been watching it and I find that there are a lot of knives in this series. Could someone let me know what just what all there is in the series and what your favorite one is.?

There are tons of random knives, but the only two that play major roles in the show are

Ruby's demon killing knife, and Castiel's Angel killing knife

Absolutely the Demon Killing Knife of the Kurds (Ruby's Knife) and the Angel Blades.

Dean's obsidian blade is kind of cool but really primitive looking.

Hi bearfan, You look like a new face around here. If you had more posts you could go into The Junkyard which is the buy/sell /trade forum but keep your eye open and do a search for Supernatural props and maybe you could get lucky scoring a Ruby knife
