That is a great cowl. Id love to do a bat suit, but I think id get in trouble because I want to drive around on the highway with my cars cockpit open, and just wave at people, ya know, go get gas, drive thru at mcdonalds, maybe make a joke about not liking clowns, that sort of thing. The crouch is cool tho. Very Jeph Loeb/Tim Sale. Nice Chin. Alex Ross should paint you as one of his models.

...but...

I have a big problem (personal preference issue) with a blue-and-grey version not having the yellow bat-logo. I guess it stems from me growing up on the Jim Aparo version of the late '70's and '80's.

I do, however, commend you on not going the all-black route. :thumbsup

Yea I prefer the Jim Lee version. The blue and grey is still dark enough to hide in shadow especially with the midnight blue. The yellow would stand out too much. I have a version of this suit with the yellow emblem as well it is more iin the style of The Batman animated show that is on now.

In my humble opinion, I think the Jim Lee style looks better on you. That little yellow oval, to me looks too much like Adam West. Ive always dug the large black bat stretched across the chest, ever since I was a kid and I got both the paperback greatest batman stories ever told and batman year one in the same day.

There's a good reason that emblem reminds you of Adam West:

It's from the old show, only it's the bat they used on the door of the Batmobile. The suit emblem was like this:

I agree I am much more a fan of the Hush style with the black emblem, but I had to do this version cause the only difference is the belt and the ebmlem.

Indeed your Bat-suit rocks. I love the look, the dark colors... I actually like the relaxing/meditaion photo even more than the crouch photo.. seems more batman-ish to me. I agree, some well lit pictures are needed to really show off such a kick butt costume. Great job.
