Well, they announced it. And he IS the guy in charge of the SHIELD flying cars Air Cav, so there's a story reason for his inclusion, but who knows? I sure think that would be cool, though.

Evans DOES look toned down. He was totally jacked in TFA.

I always thought Evans' facial features looked a little too soft for Cap. Cap should have a more chiseled bad-ass square jawed face.

Yeah Evans does look a bit toned down but his costume in TFA was also a bit more bulky too. I'll be interested to see what he looks like when we start seeing the first official studio pictures instead of these spy pics and concept paintings.
