I started painted him today. After about 4 hours of working on it all I have to say is...

I hate you Dave for sculpting all those bumps and wrinkles!

Its going to take some time to finish him before he makes it back to Dave and Deb.

Holy crap!!

I just saw the very tip of the crown as I scrolled down and nearly had a Pred-a-gasm!! Then I saw the whole progress

Wow, that is looking so good Mel. Do you use a template for the pattern or do it all free hand? Also are you making it up as you go or are you working from a picture or what? I'm trying to think of a way to paint mine so I thought I'd pick your brain
