Hey there everyone. I'm new to the forums and have been looking into getting started with prop making for a while. The first project I wanted to tackle was building the Sniper Rifle from Team Fortress 2.
After measuring out the diameter of the barrel and the bolt, I got some PVC pipe that I'm going to cut, specifically 1-1/4" for the barrel and 3/4" for the bolt. The only trouble I'm running into however is the difference between the outside diameter of the 3/4" pipe and the inside diameter of the 1-1/4" pipe.
My question is, how should I fill the gap? Is there a way I can sleeve the 1-1/4" pipe so the inside diameter is smaller?
