I'm sure you have probably long found your answers, but just thought id reply. I just had my local leather shop custom make one for me for 350. They just took my measurements and added the laces, button loops, and full belt to their biker jacket design. Check ebay and look for gargoyle novus sunglasses. they're 55 bucks and look close enough.
