I'm excited to see the whole project come together. If the Mask looks this great i can only imagine what the rest of the body will look like!

A quick test fit video of a Raphael in the works. You can see the slit to see out of better here as the bandana isn't on yet, and no paint. Fun stuff!

Thanks! Sorry for delay all. Been busy filling orders for the heads, but I am almost done with the arm/hands sculpt as I mentioned and starting on the legs. Wooo! This is some fun stuff!!

I think I will move to the shell next as the largest item since then I could at least do the whole turtle in disguise setup.

In the last 5 years, I've been fortunate to have a bevy of turtle heads come through. But, for the first time, I can honestly say that this sculpt captures the look and the right proportions of the turtles from the first film. I'm beyond happy that I jumped on this and people from my office went crazy when they saw it come in. Of all the tmnt masks available this just does it justice!

First pull is out! All is good, this one has a few small holes where it wasn't totally dry because I got impatient. lol Next one is on now and it will be foamed and pulled late tomorrow and finalized into the mask!

So far VERY happy!

Cowabunga says it all. This is very cool. Let me ask an obvious question: are you baking these? If so, is it a homemade oven?

agliarept: Pics of arm sculpts this weekend when I begin to mold.

Exanimus: Not baking at all. I am going to make a home made oven soon to speed up the process. But for now a pull takes about a day. Its not too bad.

Sorry for lack of updates making masks for customers consumed me a bit. I am ceasing taking orders this next week though to focus on the rest.

Sorry for delay guys! My customer work has consumed me. I have ceased selling masks so I can refocus on my suit! I am filling the remaining orders and thats it!!

Your delay worked well for me , honestly... had you finished another part I would have missed it! I had to have surgery then a week later a lady totaled my car, so by the time you have the next piece ready I should be back in the game!

I love seeing this. I worked on the 90s movie and sculpted the some of the turtles heads for the foam rubber articulated version. You have done a wonderful job. What a trip down memory lane.
