I think gvmaraio's work is the definitive effort right now. I've posted some close up reference shots for him. You'll find some good inspiration there.
I'd recommend a few options. Pep would be a way to go, but it's such a small piece, with such fine detail, that it would be awfully tough. I think the two best methods are either a clay sculpt or 3D print. From there, a mold and then a pull in maybe urethane looks like it'd get you the best final product for the domino mask. Finish that off with 3M carbon fiber wrap. For the goggles, I'd stick with a 3D print. If you don't want accuracy, I've been looking at replacement lenses from Oakley. Something like that might be a good start for the goggles.
I tried sculpting air dry clay over a face mask which refuses to work!! Lol I'm trying to keep it cheap and accurate as possible.I read one here a idea about using craft foam to make it look like leather and go from there....
