TASM2 SPANISH HELP - Does anyone know what kind of fabric this is???

I found a video on youtube of someone that found the PERFECT fabric for the blue parts of the TASM 2 suit. Unfortunately he's speaking spanish I believe and I have no idea what he's saying. Would anyone be able to translate and find out if he mentions where or what type of fabric he's using??

He is just showing you the blue material. He really likes the color and thats what he will be using. He likes the squares and knows it not exactly like the movies. Doesnt mention where he gets it from.
