That's the only thing I personally would puffpaint. But yeah do it before sewing and remember to stretch the fabric

Btw here's those pictures I promised. The magnets are not on the lenses yet

Thanks. I'm trying pretty hard to make it perfect :D

Every hobby costs money :) and its way better than collecting junk like paintings or stuff.
And parents should see it like "as long as it keeps the kids off the streets" :)

I went to a anime convention last year and bought one of those cheap zentai suits. It got me a lot of attention with everyone wanting pictures, then I met this one guy there that had a crazy asm1 suit. My suit didn't even compare to his...so then that's how I found this website and started trying to build one good movie like suit :D My next protect will be asm1, since im building asm2 right now :)

I watched ASM and **** myself at how cool the suit looked. I loved it and started obsessing. I originally was going to go with a zentai suit, but I ended up seeing what they looked like after they're completed and I didn't like it... So then i started googling replica costumes and got Spidey-Ham on youtube, and ended up finding my way to here. I've been saving my money for a year now.

Yeah the zentai suits didn't look at all like the movies, but I still put it on then went to the convention and didn't expect anyone to take pictures with me.. Little did I know, I was wrong. I can't imagine how many attentions I will get when I wear an actual good suit.

I hope we have a good convention here. Lol.

Not gonna lie, I like attention a lot xD

Just realized my lenses have a bit of a dent in the mesh... anyone know how to fix it?

You can install a wire screen behind the lens to give it some structure and keep that from happening , but you won't be able to put a defogging surfactant on the lens anymore. I went whole hog and removed the reflective film on my test eyes and put wire mesh in its place (from a kitchen splatter screeen) to give ventilation and have the more rigid structure.

Huh. I don't know that that would fix it. It's pretty weird.. In some angles you can't tell but some you can.

It might actually help. The mesh is more mold-able than the plastic. Also, the plastic will fog up when you breath, whereas the mesh will vent.
