T-virus specs?

My brother is a RE fan and i thought i'd make him a set of t-vials for Christmas this year. fairly simple project, but i don't know the proper size. could someone help me out?
and any leads on a metal case would be great too, as i'm having trouble finding one. i saw one in walmart electronics a while back that looked about right, but they don't seem to carry it anymore.

not mine... the vials are 5'' tall i dont know about diameter or width

You could even use the specs in that tutorial but smaller candles for smaller single dose vials like in the movie.
