Hey everyone,
It's been a really great few weeks since my last update. In my last one, I posted a lot of pics showing my upper arm, and the cuff for the elbow. I've just completed the entire lower arms minus the hands, and the cables that run up the fingers. I couldn't locate any plastic universal joints to attach the forearm pistons to the wrist. So I found lots of pics of what they look like so I went to town designing my own with my dremel. They turned out pretty good, but not perfect. I had to design my own ball and socket joint for the upper part of the forearm. The most difficult part was making the hydraulic hoses that attach to the 3 cylinders in each forearm. I still have a few more things to do to fully complete the upper arms like attach the upper hydraulic line from the top of the shoulder to the inside of the chest cavity. And a few minor touch ups here, and there. I also need to put in a medium size hydraulic hose in the upper arm and run it down to the forearm. Hope you all like the pics below. Can't wait to read any comments. I'll post more once the hands are finished or even during the process. UPDATE: Here are a few pics of the arms attached to the body.
