Its hard to tell. If you can remember if any phone commericals ran during supernatural, thats who they are sponcered by. Most likely Verison wireless.

i am in the UK so we dont get the same commercials or adverts as we call them over here?

On the Croatoan episode it looks like an LG Chocolate.

Sams first cell phone and most used one in the first few seasons is a Palm Treo (possibly a 650?) then switches to a BlackBerry RIM 8800...after this he uses a iPhone 4 and a blackberry torch in the newer seasons. i may have missed one or two but there is a good start!

He used the Palm Treo in Season 1, then in Season 2 it was switched to the Motorola Q, and in Season 6 the Blackberry Torch, and I'm not sure if we've gotten a clear look at his cell phone in Season 7 but it might but the Torch still.
