Hi Ron,

you could make the frames out of foam which you can then strengthen with plastic coating.
The middle part is usually pvc with mesh,but I don't know the specifics for that.There's bound to be a thread about this.

No worries, I just figured I'd mention it in case you were struggling to come up with the goggle shape for the lenses.

build the shape with air dry clay (or make a mold) and put metal mesh on it. if you dont like the way the mesh bend, use a heat gun but * it may crack your clay mold * .
