So FDM then? I assume you are going with PLA... or are going to attempt ABS?I'm using a 3D printer in house yes. Just like Replicator but bigger.

A Replicator 2? Or another brand/model or something you built yourself? Just curious because I'm thinking about buying a 3D printer.

If you are considering buying a printer, might I suggest you hold off a bit. Theres a good 3D printer rumored to hit the market in the next 6 months that ships fully assembled for less than $500. Print volume will be at least 12"x12"x12" (305mmx305mmx305mm).

Definitely be up for a full suit depending on how it turns out and it stays within the $3000 range.

While I'm still plugging away on my own Mark IV (what...2 years now? Ugh) and was kind of turned off of the XLII design when it was first unveiled, I'm very interested in this. Depending on full suit cost and sizing of course, but if it's close to the 3 grand stated and fits then yeah, definitely. Didn't see it mentioned elsewhere in the thread but when you say full suit are you planning on a helmet as well? This Mark is pretty different from my current one. Also will the final, $3000 product be raw pulls or finished, painted, ready to wear? I only ask because you mentioned the possibility of rubber joint covers. Thanks!
