Hey just received my killer croc from rubies, so i thought i would open a thread on the big guy. I know rubies are total crap but for the price i think this is pretty decent its a bit big but with padding and a better paint job i think i can make it work. any ideas etc are welcome on how to make this a better mask.

cheers mate, yeah i thought that too. I was very apprehensive buying this because i new rubies history but went ahead anyway. Just guna give it a better paint job when i get my new airbrush.

For the price point its definitely a must have, it has alot of potential for a great repaint.

I like it! How's the thickness of the latex? The last Rubies I bought was Bizarro Superman (at least I think it was a Rubies), and it cracked after about 3 years due to the thinness.

dude it is very very thin, but on the upside it hasn't got that plastic like feel like the other rubies if you know what i mean.

I think I know what you mean: they even smell different than, say, the old Don Post masks. Those had a very specific latex aroma.

yes this has that sort of don post latex mask smell which in my opinion is better. has a great retro feel too it.
