Hello all
Built this yesterday. The mic tip is resin as well as the Reade Cyllinder. The bottom is a screw cover and a nylon washer. Took about an hour to do. Making one more this week.

Anybody know the proper screen to use? It appears to be very close to a standard American window screen but in stainless steel. is there a correct gauge or a number to indicate squares per inch? The aerator discs I am finding in hardware stores are too fine. I thought I had picked the right screen mesh from ebay, but the squares were too big. I don't feel like being a detective... thanks

These are fun to make. I put a bunch of washers in the body and filled it with resin to add weight. I use a chapstick to shape and bend the screen. For the bottom end I took a couple caps from my wife's makeup bottles, cut them up and glued them together.

Do you have any left over mesh? I can't seem to find the right size and the ebay seller you linked did not respond to messages about mesh

Thanks, Ryan, This was on the back burner for a couple years. Finally done.

Oh I hear you man. I definitely have a few of those. That looks fantastic! Good job. Save the rest of that stuff, you could probably do at least one more. Thanks for sharing buddy I hope all is well.

Ryan
