They are a pretty reputable company. They have stopped making a few items, like the Indiana Jones Golden Idol.

What's interesting is that I e-mail them asking to get an idol and they replied saying that they no longer make these and that it was not cost effective fro them to keep making them. I have heard rumors, obviously there is always the Cease and Desist from LFL and also that they sold these molds to Indy Magnoli...Indy is there any truth to that?

How exactly did I rip you off Agent 5??? Also the reason that I no longer sell my prop replicas is that I am simply too busy with my large scenic jobs, there is a rare case when someone is very determined and then I may open the mold closet and craft a few pieces. As for selling my idol molds to Indy Magnoli or receiving C&D's, neither has any truth. Maybe in the future someone could simply email me and ask these questions instead of guessing and posting incorrect information. Jeff Stelter

I agree. Sometimes we here on this board are worse than a "Knitting Circle" and the rumors or gossip flies fast and thick. If you ever do a limited run of the idols, let me know. :love

How exactly did I rip you off Agent 5???

Since you asked, we had a deal some years ago for me to provide you with images so you could produce your idol pedestal. You said you'd make the first one for me for the cost of materials in exchange for the images needed to make it. I also provided you with an illustration I did, clearly showing the designs, but without the correct very bottom tier designs, which I did later but never sent. Then I never heard back from you...until some months later when you began selling your pedestals.

When I mailed you to inquire about our deal you said your computer had crashed and you'd lost all of the images and illustration I'd sent you and had since gotten it all from someone else to finish the project. It would have been simple to have just contacted me again for the info, which I gladly would have sent as per our agreement. After all, I wanted a pedestal. Instead you just nixed our agreement even though I carried out my end of the agreement. On top of that, when the pedestal was finished, it did not have the bottom tier design as it was on my illustration. That just added to it.

I'd say that at the time I was like, WTF? i'm sure that if the tables were turned and you were in my place, you'd be like WTF too.
