Hey all! This is my first post here. I'm working on a degree in aerospace engineering at the moment, but I've always been an artist at heart. I've got a lot of spare time this summer, and I've wanted to make a Faun costume since I first saw the movie.
Thing is, I've dabbled in sculpture and make-up, but I need to know how the professionals would approach something like this.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Anything relating to the process of making detailed silicone/gelatin/latex foam prosthetics, especially for full-body costumes and not specifically masks.
Any information about servos would be extremely helpful as well. I'd like to be as accurate to the movie's costume as I possibly can, including the moving ears and blinking eyes.
