Here is what the email said (waited to post till he said it was cool)
"yeah......i got caught up with life again.....switched jobs, unexpected death in the fam....that took a week outta my life and some cash for travel....but I'm back in town. already shipped 2 others. I gotta update the thread 2marra, i finally got a day off.......got enough fabric for 8 more, strap is in and halfway cut....more buckles....4 out of 8......and i already got em painted....they're drying. I know I havn't hit the RPF lately but im just too busy. Like I said in my last post, just email me. it's faster.......more rings as well...I think I have enough for the rest of the list.....
also i'm closing it since i can barely keep up with things. between this, full time work, a 3 year old, my tattoo's part time and keeping up with my house...iiiiiit's pretty rough and tiring....cutting it off at 29.....and I don't own a smart phone....i break em....so i really can't get messages until i check my email. i think i turned off notices from post's a long time ago. it got too cluttered in my in-box......and annoying........
don't freak......i'm still working at it..........Trevely and Hazardjsimpson should have there's already along with Gyurma.......
oh yeah 4 more 3rd straps finished as well............I hope i'm not scaring anyone.........

I sent him an email on the 30th, and got word back he'd send me pics of mine on Friday or Saturday before sending. Haven't heard back from him yet.

Anybody heard anything lately? I sent an email earlier this week and so far crickets. Last time he posted here is September 5th with the last three 26th being any last update we received. It's now the 16th and seems to be going no know where. Starting to wonder if it might be time to put in a claim with PayPal and cut losses?
I emailed him Sept 25th and got a response I posted above. I have tried him again within the last few days with no response yet. It seems he is filling the orders, albeit slowly, so you might give him a bit more time, as life can get in the way of things. I am anxious to get mine too so I feel your frustration there.

It's worth the wait. The bag is gorgeous, fellas.
The waiting is not the issue, it's the lack communication that's worrying. I've been on these boards for quite a while and pretty much every time someone stops communicating it doesn't end well. I now life gets busy but it's not an excuse to ignore your customer. I'm pretty patient but we are now well over a month from a direct update and 3 weeks from any sort of substantial update.
Anyone heard anything? I just dropped him another email.

Nope. I've even opened a dispute on PayPal this past Wednesday and so far it's been crickets. If I don't hear anything by Monday I'm going to escalate to a full claim to get my money back. At this point I'm of the opinion if you haven't received a bag you are most likely not getting it.
I decided to go ahead and pick one up from Zlurpo. His bags will start shipping beginning of November and is a little cheaper.

Yeah, same here, I know he said he had some major stuff going down. Still a word on here would go a long way.
