Star Wars Klaatu latex mask and helmet build

Here are some pics of the progress of my Klaatu mask. Below is the sculpt so far. I plan to also build hands for him and his helmet. Once I finish the latex mask, I will foam fill it so I can work on the helmet that I will cast in resin. More pics up soon.

update! Latex mask pulled from mould today, quick tidy up then I shall begin attach the spines and begin painting this.

At last some pics of the resin hat for Klaatu. The first pic is of the clay sculpt, then the final resin helmet. The leather stitching gives it a real nice final touch. I will upload pictures once I get another Klaatu mask painted, to show the finished piece.
