I received my helmet a few days ago. All I can say is WOW! I'm completely blown away. The helmet and First Order stand are both amazing. Props to you sir. If anyone wants the best Captain Phasma helmet out there, look no further. Thank you

I'm interested, mostly in a finished helmet, but I have armor already on order, and I would like them to match (but, at the same time I dont think i could paint this thing anywhere near as good as you can) can you:
-PM me details on the helmet and options
-PM me about possibly painting the armor I have to match OR letting me know the process you use to paint the helmets so I can try to paint m armor myself

Oh and if you know who to contact in regards to chromed out armor to match I'd love that info as well I wouldn't wanna buy a kit from anovos just to mess it all up

Sorry if you've said this elsewhere, but what kind of paint are you using for the chrome look? I've never tackled a project like this and haven't the foggiest of what kind of paint (spray/airbrush/etc) or where to even get it to achieve that movie-accurate reflective chrome appearance...

The one that I went with was Mirrorchrome by Spaz Stix. You can get it here: LINK
I decided it looked best after I did a quick test paintjob with two other chromes. Here's how all three looked:
From left to right, these were finished with ChromeFX, Mirrorchrome, and Krylon Looking Glass.

While I love the look, I also want to make sure that it is acceptable by their standards so I don’t make the mistake of painting an entire suit in chrome that isn’t reflective enough for their requirements…

The CRL is not terribly specific. It just calls for silver or Chrome finish. In the end, it's up to your garisson.

Very tempted by a finished helmet but think I would be killed on the UK customs....
