IIRC, doesn't the Technical Manual have patterns for these?

And here is a scan of the uniform and pattern from it. My copy is a first printing from 1975 so it MIGHT have changed since then.
You might want to pick it up as there are color chips inside as well as TONS of cool stuff no Star Trek fan should be without!
