Star Trek TOS: Errand of Mercy Klingon Proclamation

Does anyone know where I might find a copy of the Klingon proclamation Kor is reading in his office? It’s only about half a page, but does anyone know if a shot of the full page exists somewhere? I have a copy of General Order One from “The Menagerie” and I’ve always wanted that Proclamation, and other “news articles” from TOS.

Look! It is perfectly simple. "No mobiles, no Walkmans..."

None of that! Or any of the others!

And the first part of the proclamation is fairly clear. Is any of it actually read out during the episode?? If so, then the rest can be assembled from that.

Transcript from the episode:-
KOR: "From this day on, no public assemblages of more than three people. All publications to be cleared through this office. Neighbourhood controls will be established, hostages selected. A somewhat lengthy list of crimes against the state."

I dont think the font would be two difficult to find.

* The Klingon icon needs editing to be a better match for the original

Font used was Spartan MB Regular. I looked for something that would have been around during the time the episode was made.
"Spartan MB Regular" or "Futura PT Book" looked close enough

I took inspiration for the missing text from real, occupation, proclamations.

I can save the test as Photoshop psd, jpg, bmp or pdf

Any suggestions
