Hi i m building a holster for me, but i dont now where to get this holster loops?

They're used on military stuff, like canteens. I wish I knew what they were called specifically, but military surplus is going to be your source.

EDIT: Wait! Just happened to stumble across what they're called: Alice clips or slides. Looks like you can even get packs of them on Amazon.
