What Klingon starship is more comparable in size to a TNG Romulan Warbird - The Bird of Prey or the Vor'cha-Class Attack Cruiser?

It's a massive ship. You could fit 4 Negh'var's inside it's envelope probably.

Only the Mirror Universe Regent's Negh'var is comparable.

Size does not mean power. I'm millions of times bigger than a virus, and a virus could kill me.
The biggest vehicle in each fleet would roughly be a match to any other. Otherwise there would be no balance of power...and everyone would have to drink Romulan ale.
