I just looked at my playmates 1990s tricorder and wondered, Did they ever just buy toys made for kids and use them as background props ?. I know they did this with Enterprise and since they did…. the AA, Diamond Select Phaser pistol and communicator can go for up to $200 !.
Does anyone know if ST/ Paramount used toys for the shows like Deep Space Nine or Voyager ?, Im getting ready for Comic Con and STLV and wonder if technically…just technically wearing a playmates tricorder would be theoretically screen accurate, or even buying a phaser…...
Also anyone know where I can get a resin DS9 era phaser and have it ready by August 1st ?
