I didn't do a tutorial but I've finished one and am about 95% on the second
I'm just waiting on my hydro dipping kit to come in before I can finish everything up.

Finally got around to hydrodipping my grips today! I'll clear coat them tonight and finish putting them together over the weekend

Looks awesome! but could you tell us a pinch more. how did it go? were there any hassle's? and my biggest question . If It's dipped on both side's. how do you work the seem out?
It actually wasn't too difficult once you get the hang of it. The seams won't come out perfect since you don't ever be able to line up the pattern. I didn't mask mine off prior to dipping the opposite side, so I had a little overlap. I'll probably post a Service thread offering this since I have a good bit of film left over
Just a few details to finish up, including the set screws, socket caps for the grips, and wire mesh for the top shroud recesses. Then it's time for final weathering

I am interested in a right hand blank kit if they are still available.
Does anyone have any recommendations for cleaning out the 5 slot/vent areas on the top-bottom sides? I've tried the smallest dremel bit I can find and it still has caused me to create a gash in the big enough that I'll need to recast the piece from the untouched one. This is not a negative on the blasters because they are great, but I've got everything else ready to go except this issue. It looks like Kevin had the same problem above on the vents but managed to only nick it a few times. Looks sweet.

I used a combination of a very fine router bit for my dremel and an x-acto knife. You can pick up smaller bits at any hardware store.
