I have made a few sets of these. these are the latest revision. the fronts are cut from oil tanned kodiak leather - super supple and comfortable. the backs are made from veggie tanned tooling leather and provide support. all hand cut, tooled and sewn. paired with replica rockets from Nova Props!

That's pretty good. Mine are cheapo pleather with no rockets.

How do you like the rockets? Looking into getting some myself and I'm checking into all options.

That's actually me in the photos. I commissioned starboardsky to make the boot covers for my costume. The leather work is top notch! They look very accurate, and they fit really well. Once I put them on, I pretty much forget that I'm wearing them. They're comfortable and don't shift around on my legs.

Me and Daniel Nelms (we're Nova Props) made the rockets, so my opinion MIGHT be a little biased, but I think they turned out really well. We also designed the leg mounts and the rockets lock on with a quarter turn. PM me know if you're interested in a set. :)

I'll keep that in mind.

One other thing....
What's the story behind the pants? Don't think I seen a pair quite like that.

A one off pair a friend and I patterned and she sewed for me. Sorry, no help for you there.

I see.

I gotta find something other than the motorcycle pants I got now. They just aren't right and a little too tight in spots. So I thought I'd at least ask.

This is aso starboardsky boot cover:

1. Punch some holes 2. Unfortunately, because of my thin ankle the magnetic solution is not working. So I replaced the magnet to screws.

wow, george, good job putting those together! i'm glad they're working out for you

i've been getting lots of interest in these boot covers, so i will just say here, yes, i do sell them. they are custom fit to you. they don't include rockets- nova props makes the best rockets though. the base price is 250 dollars, and i accept paypal.
