Jurassic Park. Was also a fan of what he did with the Myers mask in H20 as well...the KNB on looked like garbage imo...I am a subscriber to the fb posts the "School" puts up and they are often times humorous...

I have to say the raptors, and T-Rex. Not original designs, but they are things that are hard for anyone to replicate or do better with practical effects.

I would say the decades of the 80's & 90's..... The best work..

I love Jurassic Park - the work in that movie is breathtaking.
Pumpkinhead is another of my fave's - great creature design work
Small Soldiers is another that stands out for amazing work at such a small scale

Are you asking what Winston's personal best work is? Because for me the grand prize goes hands down to all his top-quality bronze busts of his family and friends that he sculpted a few years ago. Those designs are absolutely gorgeous. I wish I could create pieces as meaningful and inspired as those.

Actually I was just trying to know what in the RPF members opinion SW best work in movies was, but now that you mention it, yes, all those busts were also great (as a matter of fact all his work is VERY good).
