Stainless Steel Winter Soldier Arm Prop Replica/original design

Hey, I'm Vancouver Joker a cosplayer, and I having been doing some research and will be making a Stainless steel Winter Soldier arm based off the New Captain America Movie so far I have just figured out how the elbow is going to work without showing any fabric undneith. I since I am a bit thin I will be also padding the inside with foam so it has a snug fit. so far some rough sketches. I will be making it with hand tools, and it will not be tempered I do not have access to a furnace.
