Spirit Blade Elder

Started my second Spirit Blade. This time around I am going for an elder look. Still a lot to do and am contemplating a few changes. I'm thinking of removing the hot tip on the barrel. Here are some WIP pics.

Don't remove the hot tip on the barrel. It looks fantastic!

REALLY digging this so far, dude.

As far as the hot barrel, I'd go a little lighter? Maybe a liiittle bit of thin yellow, followed by a TOUCH of white, to convey how white hot it is? The orange looks cool, but you could definitely take it further.
