Hey Gang,
I know a lot of us dont like to share our suppliers but does anyone know where to get the rounded mes like on Tjacks lenses. I am making a suit for my brother and since he has a small head i have to custom make the lenses and frames and faceshell i can do the rest but cant seem to find where to buy the lenses?

Why don't you try vacuum forming some plastic?

There are tutorials online on how to make one for about 20 bucks, or I've seen some people mold plastic against the back of a big spoon using a heat gun.

Oh for the frames you can look up videos on polymorph plastic, you put it in hot water and can mold it in whatever shape you like.

The great thing about it is you can keep heating it up perfecting whatever shape you want your frames to be and they're pretty inexpensive.

For the lens part? Just get any clear sheet of plastic and do the first thing I said with a heat gun and a spoon.

Hey man just make a mold that will fit the lenses then vaccuform them twice with plexiglass and then sandwich the mesh between between the two vaccuformed pieces and glue the edges together. Hope this helps

Instead of mesh, you can look up perforated vinyl stickers. If you ask for a plain white sheet it'll look just like the movie.

Most places will send you free samples and it'll be the perfect size for lenses.

Looks good but i would probably ask TJack where he got his. The one you showed is just a little big but looks cool.
