Spiderman 2099

Right on bro, you look great!

I'm working on my own 2099 suit right now and aim to make our lord Zyzz proud as can be haha.

Love your wrist spikes especially. What're they made from? I was planning on using Batman fins for 'em whn I do it, but I'm curious about yours.

They're made out of foam, believe it or not. There's a guy on the RPF who goes by the name Tjack, pretty renowned for making Spider-Man lenses, he crafted them for me. You can probably find him easy enough but I'd be happy to put you in touch with him if you're having a hard time.

How about some burpees, wall balls and muscle ups in the suit? Hahaha looks great man!

That is the best 2099 Spider-man costume I have seen online!

Naw.. Thanks bud. It's only about a month till I put this suit on display at the EB Expo in Australia. Very excited.
Then... Damn. Will I have a ripper of a costume in the works after that.
Can't quite say what it is yet but it is costing me several thousand to build.

Very nice! Did you have a local seamstress sew it for you or someone on here?

TrophyWife here on the RPF did the bulk of the suit for me. Once it was all done, dusted and delivered, I took it to an alterations place to have the slots for the arm spikes cut out/stitched in. I'm sure TrophyWife would have also been able to do this but the spikes just weren't ready in time, so opted to receive the suit sooner and sort it myself.

this is so cool, definitely one of my fav variations of the spidey suit along with scarlet and iron spider, awesome job man!

I racked my brain for weeks tryna figure that out. What ultimately did was open the file in photoshop to resize it. Find out what the default dimensions of the suit are and add or subtract as needed

Alright!
This is a little taste of what went down the other night in Sydney.
I'm still searching for a good location to do some upside down shots (with buildings in the background and such) so expect more later down the line.
For now, however, I hope this suits.

Fun fact: I'm perched on the guard rail of a bridge in this shot. If I had fallen backwards, I would have toppled at least 30 meters and landed on a busy road below.

Fun fact #2: Shortly after shooting this pic I shook hands with some very impressed Chinese tourists.

Fun fact #3: I spent at least 20 minutes slowly spider crawling my way towards my photographer/girlfriend for this pic. She was heard to remark "I don't know why but this is turning me on."

Like this alot. Only minor gripe would be that the .... Well... Ughh, what would you call them on this suit... I guess they'd still be eye frames ?? Seem like they aren't in the right place. Love this other wise!
