Source for spats?

I'm trying to help someone with a Penguin costume and he is having trouble getting a pair of spats. Are there any good places to get them? I don't know how the sizes run, but he is kind of a bigger guy.

Including the harder to find grey spats.

If you don't want to purchase online, try local Halloween stores, or tuxedo suppliers.

They're also extremely easy to make. You can use the bottom part of a cheesy Halloween boot cover pattern, like for a pirate or superhero costume as a place to start.
