Looks great! Did you 3d print the eyepiece? Or is that a found part?

The eyepiece is three-quarters conjecture, since you can only see the top of it in published pictures. I've tried to make it 'star-warsy' and also match the design of the Sankyo camera. It's entire made out of styrene sheet and EMA tubing, and actually screwed in with M3 screws. If any better views come out, I can remove it and replace it.

How did you fasten the belt to the camera? I am making one too but i cannot find these parts here in germany...

jocha These are detachable rifle strap rings. You will find them at hunting or airsoft surplus shops.

They are definitely available in Germany, I‘m from there, too. I got some of them for my Aliens motion tracker.

Very nice project, by the way. Looks really cool. Seems to be a very probable interpretation of the viewer part.
