@glim999:The movie isn´t terrible...only the endfight.The new weapons are amazing..and you can see the Predatorplanet first time in a movie.
But one thing is really terrible:The Predator-Alien grows faster,as the Predatorship can leave the earth-orbit...what a...fu..:lol :confused
But all in one..I think the movie is better as the first one..more Splatter,more horrorelements and a really cool new Predator with new weapons.I only missed a better endfight.And in the cinema the movie was too dark and not sharp.Waiting for the bluray..I hope with a DC-Version..I´m sure the picture is a lot better and sharper.:love

They are actually very detailed and worn, the flash from my damn camera just takes away from that!!!

OK, now I need some advice from you guys! How do I convince my wife that I need 2, one to handle and one to display. Wives just don't understand the mind of a prop collector. HA! All in all, she did get me the Highlander Kurgan sword and River's (Firefly) sword and axe so I can't complain. I'll tell her one Pred Gun is for her. Thanks for the info Silverskyes402.

Easy, you only have to translate your need for 2 in 'womanish' and make the clothing/accesoire comparison => Who needs 20 pairs of shoes or 6 different kind of handbags.
Your position...I think the movie is better as the first one.And really not boring.There is no time for it.
While I think AvP2 was better then the first one I do agree that it needed to push the end fight a lot more. Just when you get into the fight it ends. There were also to many personal stories going on. I thought that army chick was going to be cool, and did we need to know the older brother was an ex-con just to make him a bad ass? It also felt a bit like the 1st Predator and 2nd Alien movie where they nuke the whole place at the end. All in all I think the props were really cool and aside from the Pred Gun I would have liked to have seen a few more of the weapons the Predator had on his wall before he left his planet. Come on, I can't be the only one who was looking at his weapons rack when he chose the ones he did. Also, I think he should have gone on the hunt with some of his boys to back him up. I mean come on, you don't go to a fight without at least bringing some of your boys.

Sweet - not that I can afford to get all those from Sideshow. Maybe some cheaper fan made kits will come around.
