Yes, the production has exploded carcass of an old Porsche 928 (Aston Martin costing too expensive) and in post production they performed a numerical effect, the final illusion is perfect and undetectable

Amazing - thanks for sharing. I agree with you on the final version of Aston exploding actually being a model was undetectable in the movie.

The Aston martin was 3D printed, and was broken into 18 components.

It gives miniature model work a viability in the future of filmmaking. :thumbsup
