Yes the bullets are solid silver. The casing is nickle plated. No powder in these unless you request them. It's a pain to ship live rounds anywhere without a license.

You could always offer the bullet and the shell separately so that if, for whatever reason, someone wanted to make it into a functional round they could simply put it into a reloading press and add their own powder and primer.

If anybody wants to load up some silver bullets and shoot at the hill behind my house, you are welcome to as long as I get to dig out the silver after you are gone.

I should could use some of these....loaded... werewolves and all... my 44 is a vaquero though. be better off with a blackhawk or redhawk I suppose.
