Silicone Mask Repair

Hey everyone,
I have an SPFX silicone mask that I purchsed used. Since then, the mask has torn. It has about a 6" cut running along the neck down towards almost the end of the shoulder. How can I repair this slice, and be strong enough to not tear again in the same area while putting the mask on and off? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! :thumbsup
