You will need the themer app and will have to download the zip file to your phone and then customize the theme to your liking (unless you use steam and Pinterest a lot).
It's not perfect, but everything works and is way more useful than the default android theme. Hope y'all enjoy it and if you have trouble, YouTube has themer tutorials.
