Sell a foam iron man costume?

Hi


Is there much of a market for making and selling foam IM suits? (Im in the UK btw) Does anyone on these forums do it? How much do they sell for?

Generally the market for costumes is pretty dry. It's mostly because the process of making the costumes is so time consuming and expensive there's very little room for any profit, especially if you expect to be paid for your time. Also, it actually becomes pretty hard to let your costume go, even if you built it to sell. After so many hours of blood, sweat and tears, you become very proud of your creation (I like to imagine it's something close to how Dr. Frankenstein felt)

Look on the junkyard section you will see there's quite a few selling them to a very high standard prices start from 500 usd roughly , I've got two on order and hopefully another in a few months hope that helps ..
