I went a few months ago and was EXTREMELY disappointed to find that the regular SFX exhibits were not there. In fact I was outraged that they even sold me a ticket, as though the museum were actually "open," when in fact it consisted of only the Avatar and BSG displays plus a few random artifacts.

I had been there a few years ago so I know what I was missing.

Nice to hear that this "Icons" thing is opening... but it too sounds like just a subset of the available materials. When is the "real" Sci Fi Experience museum re-opening?

Yea, I was there in early 2010 and while there were some interesting things there, I was disappointed that items I'd heard about and seen pics of were not on display... the Vader bucket, to name one...
