Even making your own, you may struggle for that price.
Maybe make a start on your own, and as more funds become available you can do more to it?
Plenty of threads on here on how to build your own which will help massively

There may still be tutorials out there for a guy years and years ago that did a form of these. He went by the name GRUSDERK. Try googling GRUSDERK predator mask. It was pushing 10years ago but I made one based off of his ideas that was quite doable on a lower budget.
